About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you’ll help care for our residents’ health and overall quality of life. Your personalised clinical care and empathetic approach will truly make a positive impact on their lives. It really is a highly rewarding role!
We have a Part Time position available for a passionate clinician to utilise their skills in our Residential Care Home at IRT Crown Gardens (Batemans Bay).
We have AM shifts on Monday and Wednesday from 9am to 2pm with full flexibility to pick up extra shifts desirable.
Hourly base rate between $45.24 and $57.48 per hour, plus shift penalties depending on experience.
Your work may include:
- Providing clinical care
- Managing and supervising care workers
- Undertaking client assessments
- Monitoring clients’ care needs, evaluation care plans
- Providing treatment as required
To Be Successful You Will Have
- Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
- Knowledge of clinical issues of ageing, including dementia related disorders and management of challenging behaviours
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A big heart – you’re empathetic and have a passion for supporting older Australians to live their best life possible
- Experience working as a Registered Nurse in a residential care home environment
