About the Role

As an Aged Care Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality clinical care within Residential Aged Care Facilities, ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate and person-centred care.

Working alongside multidisciplinary teams, you will support residents with complex clinical needs while promoting dignity, independence and quality of life.

Skills & Experience To be successful, you will have:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
• Minimum 6 months recent Aged Care Nursing experience
• Recent experience within Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACF)
• Current National Police Check
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Up-to-date vaccination and serology compliance
• Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
• Strong clinical assessment and medication management skills
• Excellent communication, documentation and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
