About the Role As part of HCA’s Acute Care team, you will:
- Work across Medical and Surgical hospital wards
- Deliver safe, high-quality patient-centred care
- Complete patient assessments and clinical observations
- Administer treatments and medications within your scope of practice
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Adapt confidently to different acute hospital environments
- Support public and private hospitals across the Sunshine Coast region
About You To be successful, you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) or Enrolled Nurse
- Minimum 12 months recent Acute Medical and/or Surgical nursing experience
- Recent experience working within an acute hospital setting
- Current National Police Check (within 3 years)
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and time management abilities
- Flexibility to work day, afternoon, night and weekend shifts
- Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
