Your Next Opportunity:
Daimler Trucks Perth is seeking a Receptionist to join our team. You will support the General Manager and all departments, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations, professional customer interactions, and effective communication across the dealership.
Hours of Work: Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00am–5:00pm, with every second Saturday from 8:00am–12:00pm. Occasional overtime may be required.
About The Role:
- Answering and directing phone calls, ensuring professional and efficient communication with customers
- Managing customer requests, scheduling appointments, and providing general ad hoc support
- Handling administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, stationery ordering, and supporting parts and stock management
- Greeting customers in person, providing assistance, and maintaining a welcoming environment
- Assisting with email correspondence and coordinating communication across departments

About You:
- Prior Receptionist experience is highly regarded
- Strong customer engagement, communication skills and professionalism
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Reliable, professional, and proactive approach to work
- High attention to detail and accuracy
