What you’ll be doing:
- Nurturing and developing an existing database to uncover new opportunities
- Actively reaching out and creating fresh business leads
- Meeting with potential clients to provide clear, confident rental assessments
- Converting prospects into signed managements through strong communication and follow-through
- Overseeing the setup of new properties to ensure they’re market-ready
- Handing over new listings to the Property Management team with clarity and care
What you’ll need:
- Experience in Real Estate Sales/Property Management (highly considered)
- A current WA Drivers licence
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Bring energy, drive and desire
