    About the role:

    An exciting opportunity is available for a Psychologist to join our client's growing team on a contractor basis.

    Working with children, adolescents, and adults, you will provide evidence-based psychological support tailored to individual needs and goals. You will have the opportunity to work alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Music Therapists, Art Therapists, and Support Specialists to deliver holistic, client-centred care. Services may include:

    • Individual therapeutic interventions
    • Psychological assessments and observations
    • Emotional and behavioural regulation support
    • School anxiety support
    • Resilience building and confidence development
    • Independence and life skills development
    • Learning support
    • Sensory and emotional wellbeing support
    • Ongoing NDIS-funded supports

    Requirements:

    • General Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA)
    • Eligibility to provide psychological services under Medicare and/or NDIS (highly regarded)
    • Experience working with neurodivergent individuals, including Autism and ADHD, is highly desirable
    • Strong commitment to neurodivergent-affirming and strengths-based practice
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
    • Current Working with Children Check and relevant clearances
    • Professional indemnity insurance (or willingness to obtain)
