Key responsibilities

• Deliver psychiatric assessments, diagnostic formulation, and ongoing medical management for general adult clients presenting with complex mental health needs.

• Provide medical supervision, safety assessments, and clinical oversight for clients undergoing Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy (PAP) and novel treatment streams.

• Collaborate closely with session facilitators, researchers, and clinical trials staff within a structured clinical governance framework.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team (MDT) case reviews, peer supervision, and quality improvement initiatives.

About you

• Specialist Registration as a Psychiatrist with AHPRA (Medical Board of Australia) and FRANZCP Fellowship (or nearing completion of Fellowship).

• A compassionate, client-centred clinician with a strong grounding in general adult psychiatry.

• A genuine interest or willingness to learn about emerging therapies, PAP, and novel interventions.

• Enjoy working in a multi-disciplinary environment alongside an experienced team.
