You'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day management of residential property portfolios, working closely with landlords, tenants and tradespeople to keep everything running smoothly.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Assisting with the management of residential property portfolios
- Building and maintaining relationships with landlords, tenants and tradespeople
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Conducting ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Preparing leases and tenancy documentation
- Completing rent reviews and lease renewals
- Managing competing priorities and ensuring tasks are actioned efficiently
- Delivering a high level of customer service and keeping clients informed
About you
- Previous Property Management experience or a strong background in a client-facing role
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisation and time management
- A proactive approach and the ability to problem-solve
- Professional, reliable and team-focused
- A genuine interest in real estate and a desire to grow your career
- Current driver's licence essential
- Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence highly regarded
