You’ll manage a manageable portfolio of approximately 150 properties without being overloaded, while having dedicated support around you for Leasing, Compliance and complex matters.

THE ROLE
You’ll take ownership of your own portfolio while working closely with an experienced and collaborative Property Management team.
- Managing a portfolio of approximately 150 properties
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Handling day-to-day Property Management responsibilities
- Maintaining strong client relationships
- Working closely with the dedicated Leasing Team
- Assisting the wider PM team when required
- Managing issues and escalations with senior support available when needed

ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for a Property Manager who is ready to step into a stable, supportive and rewarding long-term opportunity.
- Previous Property Management experience
- Strong landlord and tenant communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time management
- A proactive and professional approach
- A genuine desire to develop and progress
- A team-first attitude
- Certificate of Registration
- Current driver’s licence and reliable car
