The Role Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of approximately 120 residential properties.
- Overseeing rental arrears and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Delivering an exceptional, six-star customer service experience.
- Attending tribunal hearings and preparing the necessary documentation.
- Working closely with and overseeing your dedicated Leasing Consultant.
- Collaborating with the wider team to ensure the smooth and efficient management of your portfolio.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of two years’ experience in residential property management.
- Strong knowledge of the Eastern Suburbs property market.
- A current NSW Certificate of Registration or relevant real estate licence.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- A polished, professional presentation and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
