The Role

Depending on your experience, you will manage a portfolio structured to ensure you are confident and supported in the position.
For a more experienced Property Manager, this may consist of approximately 120–180 properties, while a junior candidate stepping into portfolio management can start with a smaller portfolio and develop from there.
Responsibilities will include:

• Managing your own residential portfolio
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Tenant liaison and day-to-day enquiries
• Conducting routine inspections
• Coordinating ingoing and outgoing inspections
• Managing rental arrears
• Preparing lease agreements
• Coordinating maintenance and general portfolio requirements
• Ensuring properties are managed efficiently and professionally
• Working closely with the wider Property Management team
• Providing an exceptional level of customer service

About You

This opportunity would suit someone who genuinely enjoys Property Management and wants to build their career within a business that will invest in their development.
You will ideally have:

• Previous real estate or Property Management experience
• Certificate of Registration
• Reliable car and current driver’s license
• A genuine passion for the real estate industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• A motivated and driven approach
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• A team-focused personality
