- 2+ years in Property Management

THE ROLE:
- Managing a quality portfolio of properties
- Building strong, long-term landlord and tenant relationships
- Handling lease renewals, maintenance, inspections and tenancy matters
- Providing a high level of service and communication
- Working closely with a highly experienced Property Management team
- Supported by dedicated leasing, admin and accounts staff
ABOUT YOU:
- 2+ years’ Property Management experience
- Certificate of Registration or Class 2 License
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Professional, proactive and solutions-focused
- Someone who takes pride in their portfolio and genuinely cares about their clients
