We’re working with a highly regarded independent property management business in Noosa seeking a motivated Property Manager who values client relationships, autonomy and long-term career growth!
The role
- Take ownership of a small residential portfolio, with support from an experienced team
- Build genuine, long-term relationships with owners and tenants
- Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and tenancy documentation
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with local trades and contractors
- Stay across arrears and compliance, keeping your portfolio running smoothly
- Manage entry and exit processes and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
- Deliver responsive, solutions-focused service and confidently handle day-to-day portfolio enquiries
About you
- QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
- Current driver’s licence
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive and solutions-focused
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous Property Management or real estate experience
- PropertyMe or similar software experience is advantageous
