THE ROLE

• Manage a portfolio of properties with a strong focus on relationship management
• Build and maintain exceptional relationships with landlords and tenants
• Handle the day-to-day management of your portfolio
• Work closely with a dedicated PM Assistant / support team
• Conduct inspections, routine management and lease administration
• Manage maintenance, arrears and general portfolio requirements
• Deliver a high level of service while maintaining strong portfolio performance

ABOUT YOU

• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a property portfolio
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Organised, proactive and confident managing your own portfolio
• Passionate about delivering exceptional service
• A team player who wants to be part of a supportive environment
• Current NSW Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
