Property Network of Australia is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join a leading developer and private asset owner specialising in commercial and healthcare real estate. We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience managing commercial, retail or medical property portfolios, with strengths in lease administration, and stakeholder relationships.
This contract role covers day-to-day management of six commercial health assets across North Brisbane, Sydney, and Canberra. You will work closely with the development, facilities, and finance teams to ensure operational excellence and strong tenant relationships. Part-time arrangements are considered.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily management of commercial health assets across multiple locations
- Build and maintain strong tenant and stakeholder relationships
- Coordinate contractors and facilities management with regular site inspections
- Assist with property budgets, billing, and monthly financial reporting
- Administer commercial lease agreements and support leasing negotiations
- Prepare monthly asset and portfolio reports for senior management
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years' experience in commercial or retail property management
- Strong knowledge of commercial leasing and lease administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in property management systems and MS Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple properties and competing priorities
