  • Partner with Finance on property expenditure, budgets and cost efficiencies
  • Maintain accurate portfolio reporting while continuously improving property systems and processes

What we're looking for You’ll be an experienced property professional who can handle the day-to-day detail while also looking at the bigger picture of portfolio performance, risk and forward planning.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Ability to create andstrengthen systems, processes and ways of working
  • Strong residential property, or asset management experience
  • Experience managing maintenance, contractors, inspections and property works
  • Sound knowledge of Australian residential tenancy and property management practices
  • Understanding of property compliance, safety and asset risk
  • Experience with property budgets, expenditure, quotes and invoices
  • Strong organisation, stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A proactive approach to improving property systems, processes and reporting
