PROPERTY MAINTENANCE OFFICER
- Responsible for the maintenance of residential properties for a tier 1 client.
- Perform general yard maintenance, including lawn mowing and landscaping.
- Undertake light maintenance duties and manage pool maintenance.

Breight Group need a highly motivated and experienced Property Maintenance Officer to be responsible for our tier 1 client’s residential property portfolio.
This is an Onslow town-based residential position on a 5&2-day roster reporting to the Property Manager. Breight Group will consider flexible working arrangements for up to 40 hours per week for the successful applicant. This is not a FIFO position and FIFO will not be considered.
The key duties include but are not limited to:
- General yard maintenance of all residential properties
- Lawn mowing and lawn edging;
- Landscaping and tree pruning;
- Maintenance and repair of all pools, pool pumps and equipment;
- Testing and maintenance of pool water;
- Undertaking light maintenance duties;
- Working to a property maintenance schedule.
ABOUT YOU:
We are looking for great people who enjoy their work, are interested in being part of a team and have a strong belief in safety first culture. We also need the following from you:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Drivers Licence (Manual)
- Knowledge in the safe use of tools and equipment required to perform all tasks
- Ability to undertake routine cleaning and maintenance duties
- Ability to work safely and understand best practice in pool and garden maintenance environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Advanced computer skills, record keeping, ordering and inventory management
- Strong professional presentation
