I’m working with established Melbourne law firms looking for Property Legal Assistants and Law Clerks with solid hands-on property experience.

I’m particularly interested in candidates who have worked across residential, development and/or subdivision matters and understand the practicalities of getting property transactions from start to finish.

YOUR EXPERIENCE COULD INCLUDE:

• Residential Conveyancing
• Property Development
• Subdivisions
• Off-the-plan matters
• Sale and purchase transactions
• Property settlements
• Contract preparation and review
• Titles and property searches
• Section 32s
• Settlement preparation and coordination

THE SYSTEMS YOU'LL NEED

PEXA and Duties Online experience is essential.

Experience with SPEAR would be highly desirable, particularly for candidates with subdivision or development experience.
