- Mini mid-tier firm (12 Partners) is seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate with a commercial mindset to work alongside a fantastic Partner on complex, high quality commercial property transactions (including leasing).
- National Firm is seeking a Lawyer/Associate (2-3+ years' PQE) to practise across all stages of the property development cycle and in project delivery in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors.
- Acclaimed International firm requires a Senior Associate to work on high-profile matters that involve providing strategic advice on land tenure required to develop power and infrastructure projects, as well as real estate issues arising in the context of corporate restructures, M&A and insolvency transactions.
- National mid-tier firm is wanting a Lawyer (2+ years' PAE) to advise on property transactions including commercial office, industrial and retail leasing, property sales and acquisitions, land titling and subdivisions, property development including 'off the plan' sales for commercial, residential and mixed-use developments
