The Role
- Manage a diverse caseload across property transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leasing and development matters.
- Draft and negotiate a wide range of documents, including contracts for sale of land, leases, and general commercial agreements.
- Provide advice on regulatory and compliance matters, including relevant property legislation and land use issues.
About You
- You will ideally have 4+ years’ post-admission experience in property and general commercial law, with strong drafting and analytical skills.
- You will demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
- You will be organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities and contribute to mentoring junior team members.
