About the role
Be part of a finance modernisation programme as it moves from SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. As Project Training Officer, you’ll help staff build confidence with the new system by creating practical learning resources and delivering engaging training. The role is based in Brisbane CBD, offers a 50/50 work-from-home arrangement and includes travel to regional Queensland.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver in-person, virtual and blended training sessions.
- Create user guides, eLearning modules, videos and quick reference guides.
- Identify training needs and skills gaps with business areas.
- Shape training schedules and coordinate delivery logistics.
- Improve learning content and delivery to support the system transition.
Highly desirable criteria
- Experience developing and delivering training for SAP, S/4HANA or other financial systems.
Desirable criteria
- Experience supporting an SAP ECC6 to S/4HANA migration.
Skills and experience
- Bring a track record in developing and delivering training programmes, clear communication and presentation skills, strong stakeholder relationships, and the ability to meet deadlines.
