Your new role
We are seeking an experienced Project Support Officer to join a busy project team based in Weipa. This role will support day-to-day site administration by coordinating travel and accommodation, contractor onboarding and site access, purchase orders, PPE and office supplies, meetings and training, document control, registers, and general office requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous project, business or administrative support experience.
Experience coordinating workforce travel highly regarded.
Strong SAP and Microsoft Office skills.
Excellent organisation, communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Experience with INX, SAMS, Amex GBT or Concur would be advantageous.
