Are you an HVAC Project Manager looking to join a long-established mechanical services business offering major projects across healthcare, transport and data centres?

This is an excellent opportunity to take full ownership of NSW project delivery, run work across a genuinely diverse sector mix, and act as the primary client relationship for every project you lead.

This company are a successful mechanical services contractor operating across Australia, with over three decades of trading behind them and a track record of sustained profitability and client satisfaction. They invest in their people through structured learning and talent development, mentoring and formal service recognition.

In this role you will manage delivery end to end — planning, programme, budget, procurement and subcontractor management — working across commercial, retail, healthcare, transport, data centre and specialist mechanical projects from the Macquarie Park office.

The role:

  • Developing project plans, programmes and resource allocation
  • Managing budgets, procurement and subcontractor packages
  • Site inspections, progress meetings and risk mitigation
  • Acting as primary client and stakeholder liaison
  • Owning safety, compliance and quality assurance on site

The person:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in a similar role
  • Tier 1 or strong Tier 2 mechanical services background
  • Commercial mechanical services delivery experience in Australia
  • Full Australian driver's licence and permanent working rights
