Your new role
Reporting to the Superintendent, you will be responsible for the safe and successful delivery of capital engineering projects across a varied portfolio of civil and infrastructure works.

  • Manage engineering projects from planning through to execution and close-out
  • Deliver projects safely, on schedule and within budget
  • Coordinate stakeholders, contractors and project teams
  • Manage project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and reporting
  • Oversee project schedules, variations, inspections and close-out activities
  • Support commissioning and handover activities
  • Identify opportunities to improve project delivery and capital efficiency

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelors degree in engineering or higher
  • Proven project management experience within mining, infrastructure or industrial environments
  • Experience delivering civil, infrastructure and water management projects
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Strong project documentation and reporting experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
