Your New Role

As the Project Manager you will be part of a dedicated in-house team. With a thirst for collaboration you will enjoy working in a constructive and supportive environment, utilising your skills to deliver our pipeline of new centres and expansions of existing properties and mixed use developments.

Working to tight timelines, the role is suited to someone that loves to be challenged and enjoys seeing a project work through the initial tender stage all the way through to supervising the construction and project completion.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Ability to work closely with builders external consultants and internal team members.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with Project Administration and Reporting.
  • High level of communication skills and ability to liaise with multi-stakeholders.
  • Showcase strong planning and strategic thinking.
  • Exceptional time management whilst juggling competing priorities.
  • Deliver a project to completion to all areas of the business
