Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, from initiation through to completion
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Define project scope and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Applications, Infrastructure, and business units
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Provide regular status updates and reporting to senior stakeholders
  • Manage vendor and third-party relationships
  • Oversee testing phases including SIT and UAT
  • Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and quality standards
  • Prepare documentation and submissions for governance boards (e.g. Project Review Board, Architecture Review Board)
  • Support smooth system transitions with minimal business disruption
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in project management within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong understanding of technology systems and their application in industrial environments.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • A relevant qualification in project management, engineering, or a related field.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
