The Role

You’ll sit across multiple jobs, keeping things moving, coordinating trades, managing timelines, and making sure nothing falls over. Key responsibilities include;

• Oversee multiple residential and light commercial projects
• Coordinate trades, suppliers and scheduling
• Manage project flow from start to finish
• Liaise with clients
• Support the team on site

    
The Criteria

• Minimum 3 years exposure to high end residential builds, commercial projects or fit out work in the local market
• Enjoy working across multiple projects, with the ability to move between site and office while keeping jobs progressing
• Sound commercial awareness, with an understanding of cost, variations and budgets, balanced with a strong focus on delivery outcomes
• Tech savvy enough to work with systems and processes
