About the Role

We’re partnering with an established civil contractor delivering a strong pipeline of major infrastructure projects across Southeast Queensland and regional locations.

With continued project wins, opportunities are available for experienced Civil Project Managers to lead projects across TMR roads, water infrastructure, FRP, piling, bulk earthworks, subdivisions and major civil works.

You’ll take ownership of projects from planning and mobilisation through construction to final handover, with responsibility for program, commercial performance, delivery teams and client relationships.

You’ll work closely with Engineers, Supervisors, subcontractors and senior management, with the resources and operational support required to deliver successful project outcomes.

Multiple positions are available across Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and wider Queensland, including local, FIFO and relocation opportunities.

• Up to $220,000 + Super + Company Vehicle

Key Responsibilities

• Lead civil projects from planning and mobilisation through to final handover
• Manage budgets, forecasts, procurement, contracts and commercial performance
• Lead Engineers, Supervisors, subcontractors and site delivery teams
• Drive project programs while maintaining safety, quality and compliance
• Manage client, consultant and key stakeholder relationships

What You’ll Bring

• Proven Project Management experience within civil construction
• Experience across TMR, roads, water, FRP, piling or bulk earthworks
• Strong knowledge of budgets, contracts, forecasting and project commercials
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary project delivery teams
• Civil Engineering qualifications are highly regarded
