To be successful, you will have:

• Experience managing capital works, construction, infrastructure or facilities maintenance projects.
• Strong project management, budgeting and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience managing high-risk contracts.
• Ability to obtain a Police Check for custodial environments.
• Current C Class Driver License and willingness to travel to correctional sites across SEQ.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple capital programs and monitor delivery against budgets and timelines.
• Prepare project proposals using standard formats.
• Deliver site-based projects for Queensland Corrective Services and Youth Justice.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and delivery challenges.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Maintain project data integrity within Ellipse.
• Coordinate all planning and delivery activities across assigned programs.
