Required skills and experience

  • Assist in developing and monitoring detailed construction programmes and schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Coordinate and schedule technical activities on site while ensuring construction is carried out in accordance with plans, specifications, relevant codes, and quality standards.
  • Manage subcontractors and service suppliers to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard within project timelines.
  • Liaise with project teams, consultants, architects, and engineers to resolve technical issues and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project documentation, including RFIs, drawing registers, specifications, and compliance records, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
  • Support a strong safety culture through active participation in site safety initiatives and adherence to HSE requirements.
  • Recently completed Bachelor Degree in Construction or Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent trade experience
  • Previous experience in a site based role
  • Understanding of the principles of engineering, construction and architecture
  • Construction White Card & Asbestos Awareness
  • Previous experience using systems such as AutoCAD, CHEOPS
