The Opportunity
SEE Group have new opportunities available for experienced Site and Project Engineers to join our Sunshine Coast team. These are diverse and fast-paced roles that will see you provide advice in the planning, coordination and supervision of technical aspects of civil construction projects.

Responsibilities will include 

  • Ensuring effective programming and construction methodologies 
  • Project administration, planning and scheduling 
  • Assisting in meeting project milestones and ensuring project compliance 
  • Conducting quality assurance 
  • Financial reporting and forecasting; 
  • Ensuring safe working conditions for staff and subcontractors. 

Essential Skills and Attributes 

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) 
  • Construction White Card 
  • Previous experience in Engineering in Civil Construction 
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks and maintaining focus on priorities 
  • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships 
  • Computer literacy, particularly experience working with MS Excel and MS Project applications 
  • Highly effective planning, organising and problem-solving skills together with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others
