Your new roleAs a Project Engineer, you will support the delivery of complex engineering upgrade projects across a diverse residential asset portfolio. Working closely with senior engineers and project teams, you will contribute technical expertise, coordinate project activities and help ensure upgrades are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical engineering advice (civil, structural or hydraulics) on new and existing assets
  • Managing engineering elements of upgrade projects from concept through to completion
  • Reviewing designs, reports and specifications, and providing recommendations
  • Coordinating consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders across projects
  • Identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies
  • Supporting inspection programmes and professional services delivery
  • Tracking project progress, reporting on performance and maintaining accurate records
  • Contributing to continuous improvement by sharing best practice and lessons learnt

What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualifications in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Demonstrated experience working within a residential property or asset environment
  • Strong project management capability across complex engineering works
  • Ability to analyse technical issues and provide practical, evidence-based solutions
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders
  • Experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
  • Sound understanding of risk management, compliance and engineering standards
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
