Role Opportunity
An opportunity exists for an experienced Project Director to lead a major mining underground infrastructure project that is currently well advanced through engineering and contract award phases. Approximately 70% of the engineering has been completed, with key installation packages still to be awarded.
This role requires a strong blend of project delivery expertise, stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to operate autonomously while maintaining accountability for outcomes.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
- 15+ years of major project delivery experience
- Strong underground mining experiences
- Strong mineral processing experiences
- Ventilation and cooling experience an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management capability
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong commercial , contract and risk management.
- Ability to work autonomously
- Accountable leadership and decision-making
