- Coordinate network and data centre projects for a global technology organisation.
- Manage schedules, project paperwork, and stakeholder communications.
- Support procurement, logistics, and site work from installation to handover.
Want to get your foot in the door on serious infrastructure work?
Keen to secure a new contract role before the Christmas season starts?
We’re partnering with a global technology organisation that needs a sharp, organised coordinator to keep its network and data centre projects running smoothly.
You’ll be the person who keeps everything moving. You’ll sit alongside experienced Project Managers and act as the link between engineers, vendors, suppliers and the client. When a delivery slips, a dependency gets missed or a risk starts to build, you’ll be the one who spots it early and gets it in front of the right people.
What you’ll be doing
- Keeping schedules, milestones and actions on track across several workstreams at once
- Owning the project paperwork: plans, RAID logs, status reports, minutes and change records
- Running meetings and workshops, and making sure stakeholders always know where things stand
- Chasing vendors, suppliers and contractors so equipment, people and installs arrive when they should
- Tracking budgets and helping with procurement, logistics and governance
- Supporting site work from installation and testing through to handover
What you’ll bring
- Some experience coordinating projects, ideally in IT, networks, infrastructure or data centres
- A genuine love of organisation, with the ability to handle multiple moving parts without dropping the ball
- Confidence speaking with technical teams and vendors, plus the follow-through to close things out
- Solid MS Office skills (Project, Excel, SharePoint); experience with Smartsheet, Jira or ServiceNow is a bonus
Why this role?
You’ll get hands-on exposure to large-scale infrastructure environments and learn from PMs who deliver this work every day.
