Project Coordinator - Commercial Builder

Lead Group are partnering with a highly regarded, award winning commercial builder to find an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their team based locally to Hornsby.
For over 20 years, they have built a strong reputation across NSW and the ACT. They are a family run business delivering commercial, hospitality, education, aged care and high end residential projects. Their portfolio includes several award winning club and hotel refurbishments, and most of their work comes from repeat clients and referrals.
The role
This is a varied position where you’ll get involved in a bit of everything. You’ll be office based with regular time on site, working across multiple projects at once. You’ll read plans and drawings, source and compare quotes from subcontractors and suppliers, and manage programming in Microsoft Project or similar. You’ll also get out on site to track progress and coordinate trades, working directly with the Site Manager to keep projects moving.

- Flexible start and finish times
- Projects around $5–6M, with some smaller jobs from $400K

About you
- Building or construction experience is essential. A hands on background, such as a Foreman or tradesperson, is highly regarded
- Contracts administration or programming experience
- Versatile, adaptable and comfortable juggling multiple projects
- A strong track record of tenure and a long term career mindset
