As business continues to grow, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Coordinator to support multiple residential developments from planning through to delivery.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a critical role coordinating consultants, contractors and stakeholders while ensuring projects continue to progress efficiently and successfully.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Consultant and stakeholder management
- Meeting coordination and reporting
- Development documentation management
- Compliance and approval tracking
- Financial and project reporting support
- Assisting with project delivery activities
- Project administration and coordination
To be successful you will have:
- Previous experience in construction or development
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working with project teams and consultants

- Salary circa $80,000-$100,000 + Super. Depending on experience
