Your new company
Hays is partnering with a well-established global manufacturing organisation with a long-standing operation in Benalla. Due to continued growth and increasing production requirements, we are currently recruiting multiple Production Operators to join their manufacturing team.
Your new role
Working within a busy manufacturing environment, you will be involved in the production and assembly of electrical and industrial products and components.
Depending on your experience, duties may include:
- Using hand and power tools, including drills
- Mechanical assembly and fitting of components
- Following work instructions and standard operating procedures
- General production and manufacturing tasks
- Completing basic quality checks
- Working across different areas of the facility as required
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for reliable, hands-on candidates with:
- Previous production, manufacturing, assembly or mechanical experience
- Confidence using hand and power tools
- Good mechanical aptitude and practical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Flexibility to work across different production areas
- Availability for day or afternoon shift (Day Shift: 6:00am to 2:15pm / Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm to 10:15pm)
- Current police check, or willing to obtain
