We are looking for Production Operators (Packaging/Process) to join our team in Regency Park, with The Smith’s Snackfood Company. These are permanent, full-time positions and with 3 shift options available – day, afternoon, and night. You can choose the shift that best suits you.

Responsibilities

  • Operating heavy machinery equipment, maintaining a continuous flow of product (Packaging Machine Operator)
  • Ensuring flavour testing is completed effectively and an accurate flavour is supplied in accordance with the product run (Process Operator)
  • Managing production lines, equipment calibration and monitoring
  • Preparing and completing accurate records
  • Cleaning and housekeeping
  • Committed to quality assurance and completion of quality checks as required

Qualifications

  • Experienced in a Manufacturing or Production Environment
  • Good Mechanical Aptitude
  • Having an understanding of HACCP and GMP
  • Able to work autonomously
