Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about maintaining workplace standards and compliance? We are seeking a Production Administrator to support a leading automotive manufacturing environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration, auditing, or manufacturing support experience who enjoys working closely with production teams to ensure compliance, safety, and continuous improvement across the factory floor.

About the Role

As a Production Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting workplace standards audits across manufacturing operations. You will conduct inspections, document findings, maintain audit records, and assist in tracking corrective actions to ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, safety requirements, and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct workplace inspections to verify compliance with P3 Manufacturing Standards.
  • Audit production cells and workstations to ensure adherence to 5S principles and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Review housekeeping, safety practices, visual management systems, and process compliance across production areas.
  • Identify, document, and report non-conformances, observations, and improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate audit records, checklists, and supporting documentation.
  • Liaise with production supervisors and operators to clarify audit findings and requirements.
  • Assist with tracking corrective actions and monitoring audit progress.
  • Update audit spreadsheets and prepare documentation to support compliance reporting.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing workplace standards and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure all audit activities are completed in accordance with quality, safety, and manufacturing requirements.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, compliance, auditing, quality, or manufacturing support role.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately document findings and maintain records.
  • Experience working within manufacturing, production, automotive, or industrial environments.
  • Knowledge of workplace standards, 5S principles, quality systems, or continuous improvement methodologies would be highly regarded.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and data entry/reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with production teams.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team environment.
