About the RoleLooking for your next big challenge in food tech and marketing? We are a leading manufacturing business seeking a dynamic Product Development Coordinator to own the product lifecycle from concept to consumer.
Reporting directly to the COO , you will drive commercial innovation, build brand categories across retail and foodservice, and lead cross-functional teams to bring high-quality products to market.
What You’ll Do

• Drive NPD: Manage everything from sample and trial stages through to full commercialization and launch.
• Grow the Brand: Co-develop category strategies to hit Sales and Gross Profit targets while enforcing brand guidelines.
• Collaborate: Act as the central link between Production, QA, Engineering, Procurement, and Sales.
• Engage: Support the sales team with national marketing initiatives and build strong relationships with key retail stakeholders.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of NPD/marketing experience within the Food or Dairy industry.
• Proven background as a finished goods packaging technologist in FMCG.
• Strong fluency with major retailer processes and artwork management systems (e.g., Vanguard).
• Solid commercial acumen with an understanding of P&L impacts.
• A flexible, hands-on approach—ready to lead and participate in critical product trials.
