Your new role
As an IT Process Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting and optimising a critical sales platform. Working closely with business stakeholders, you will analyse processes, gather requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and support the implementation of system enhancements. You will partner with both local and global teams to deliver small-scale projects, improve system efficiency, and ensure business processes align with organisational objectives

• Gathering and analysing business and system requirements
• Mapping and improving business processes using BPMN methodologies
• Supporting the implementation and integration of new and existing systems
• Facilitating user acceptance testing and ensuring successful system releases
• Developing business cases and articulating value-driven solutions
• Delivering training and support to business users
• Collaborating with local and international stakeholders to coordinate system improvements and project activities
• Identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position, you will bring demonstrated experience in business process analysis and systems improvement within a technology-focused environment. You will be an excellent communicator who can effectively engage stakeholders at all levels and translate business needs into practical solutions.You will also possess:

• Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or a related discipline
• Experience gathering, documenting, and analysing business requirements
• Strong business process modelling skills, ideally using BPMN 2.0
• Experience supporting system enhancement or business transformation projects
• Exposure to Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Microsoft 365
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• The ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders and teams.
