This is an exceptional opportunity for a well-established Private Client Advisor to connect their clients with priority access to acquisition resources, exclusive M&A deal flow, and be paid a high commission split on revenue.

Our client is seeking to hire motivated, ethically-sound Private Client Advisors to join an established team of equity markets advisory, execution and corporate finance professionals, to grow their network. Alongside existing client relationships, you will also be a highly dedicated and accomplished Equities Dealer with expertise in value-add client service and considerable experience dealing in Australian equities. You will have strong relationships with niche groups of private clients and be capable of working with a team of competent professionals. 

Proven experience in building private client relationships within a specific professional or regional network in Sydney would be ideal.

A proven track record of managing client money within a financial advisory capacity is required, and our client is seeking advisers with existing relationships and revenue that can quickly transition with you to join the firm.

Qualifications

• At least 5 to 10 years’ of direct equity markets private client advisory experience with existing relationships
• Strong ethical alignment to generate revenue and deliver superior outcome for your clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
