Full-Time Practice Manager – Burpengary Vet
Burpengary Vet is seeking an experienced and motivated Full-Time Practice Manager to join our friendly and dedicated team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader who enjoys supporting people, improving processes, and creating an exceptional experience for clients, patients, and the team.
About the role:
- Lead and support the day-to-day operations of the practice
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to our veterinary nursing and reception teams
- Ensure exceptional patient care and client experiences
- Manage workflow, team coordination, rostering, and practice processes
- Assist with stock management, compliance, and administrative responsibilities
- Help foster a positive, collaborative, and supportive workplace culture
About you:
- Previous experience in veterinary, healthcare, or a similar environment preferred
- A veterinary nursing background is highly regarded, but not essential.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- A genuine passion for animal care and supporting a dedicated team
- Veterinary nursing experience is advantageous but not essential
