Plastering Apprenticeship

Fibrous Plastering Apprenticeship - Full Time

East Coast Apprenticeships are currently seeking a motivated and reliable candidate to commence a Fibrous Plastering Apprenticeship while completing a Certificate III in Wall and Ceiling Lining.

Duties may include:

• Installing plasterboard to walls and ceilings
• Fixing standard plasterboard wall and ceiling sheets
• Reading and interpreting plans
• Finishing plasterboard joins
• Sanding plaster work
• Cutting and fixing cornices
• Assisting with general plastering tasks as directed by the host employer

To be successful, you will ideally:

• Be eligible to undertake an apprenticeship
• Be well-presented, reliable, and punctual
• Have a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
• Be motivated and eager to build a long-term career in the construction industry
• Hold a driver's licence and have reliable transport
• Some Carpentry experience
