The Opportunity
SEE Group currently have an exciting opportunity for local Plant Operators on the Gold Coast.
- Articulated Haul Truck Operators
- Dozer Operators
- Excavator Operators (Bulk-fill and GPS)
- Watercart Drivers
This is a full-time position with overtime penalty rates and allowances.

Responsibilities
- Carry out pre-start checklists on plant you're required to operate
- Operate /drive plant properly and safely to suit the individual job conditions.
- Ensure safety of other team members and the public in accordance with the legislative requirements.
- Report any fault/damage/problem the plant you are assigned to the Site Supervisor.
- Service equipment by cleaning, lubricating and re-fueling it and make minor adjustments and repairs when necessary, in consultation with the Workshop Personnel.
- Keep plant in a clean and tidy state.
Essential Skills and Attributes
- Hold an relevant RII ticket
- Have a Construction Industry Induction Card
- Be reliable and trustworthy with the ability to work with little supervision and be able to work as part of a team
- Strong safety initiative
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be reliable and dedicated to the role
- Be able to pass a pre-employment medical examination, including a drug and alcohol screen
