What we’re looking for

You may be an experienced retail team member looking to move into merchandise planning, or you may already have some office, administration, inventory or analytical experience. A background in planning is not essential. More than anything, we’re looking for someone who is eager to learn and ready to take on a new challenge.

You’ll bring:

  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • A proactive, flexible and positive approach
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and follow tasks through
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a curious mindset
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables, XLOOKUPs and formulas
  • An enthusiasm for retail and an interest in merchandise planning

Previous retail or office experience would be beneficial, but it isn’t essential. If you can demonstrate the skills, mindset and drive we’re looking for, we encourage you to apply.
