Programmed is currently seeking Pick Packers, Order Pickers and Warehouse Workers to join multiple well-established clients across Truganina, Derrimut and Ravenhall.
We have a range of opportunities available across logistics, distribution, retail and clothing/apparel companies, with day and afternoon shifts available. These roles are ideal for candidates with previous warehouse, picking, packing, labouring or manual handling experience who are looking for consistent hours and opportunities with reputable organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking orders using RF scanners
- Pick packing and preparing products for dispatch
- Packing and palletising goods
- Allocating and retrieving stock from designated warehouse locations
- Loading and unloading goods
- Manual handling and repetitive lifting
- General warehouse duties
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Working towards site-specific KPIs and productivity targets
About You
- Previous warehouse, picking, packing or labouring experience
- RF scanning experience highly regarded
- Ability to perform repetitive manual handling
- Ability to lift up to 25kg, depending on the site and department
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong reliability and attendance
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to meet set KPIs and productivity targets
- Availability to work Monday - Friday
- Ability to commence ASAP
