Pick Packer | Kilsyth | Casual Ongoing Opportunity

$39.44 per hour + Super | Weekly Pay | Day Shift

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Pick Packers to join a leading global manufacturer of household, consumer and industrial products based in Kilsyth. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established company within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

What's on Offer?

• $39.44 per hour + superannuation
• Weekly pay
• Day shift: Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 2:30pm
• Comprehensive paid induction (1-2 weeks, 5 days per week)
• Ongoing casual opportunity following induction
• Flexible roster with approximately 2-5 shifts per week available
• Supportive team environment
• Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products from warehouse locations according to customer orders
• Pack products safely and efficiently for dispatch
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area
• Follow all site procedures and warehouse processes
• Work independently with limited supervision while meeting performance targets

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous pick packing or warehouse experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions
• Good problem-solving skills
• Physical fitness to stand, lift and move products throughout the shift
• Commitment to workplace safety

PPE Requirements

This site has strict safety requirements. Full PPE is provided on-site and must be worn at all times, including:

• Hard hat
• Safety glasses
• Long pants
• Additional site-specific PPE as required
