About the Opportunity:
Encara is growing, and we're looking for a passionate Physiotherapist to join our team in Sydney South, NSW.
You'll deliver meaningful clinical services across Residential Aged Care and Community settings, helping clients maintain their independence, improve their wellbeing and achieve better outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Conduct assessments and scheduled reviews;
- Respond to referrals following falls, injuries, illness or changes in health or functional status;
- Lead small group exercise classes and wellness programs;
- Develop tailored care plans and prescribe individualised exercise programs;
- Provide manual handling education;
- Build strong relationships with all stakeholders;
- Deliver high quality clinical services.
