YOUR NEW ROLE
As a valued lawyer, reporting to the Head Practice Leader, you will love the variety+ challenge+ satisfaction of managing your own files (CTP/motor accidents+ workers compensation) from start to finish representing injured clients to obtain full justice supported by a top mentor.
Specifically, you will be
- Liaising directly with clients, insurers, medical experts, barristers, other solicitors;
- Reviewing medical records, undertake legal research, draft legal/court documents, prepare briefs for counsel & attend court/ settlement conferences.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:

are an admitted lawyer in Queensland or a graduate soon to be with 2 yrs (OR MORE) experience in personal injury law preferably in either or both of : 1) CTP (motor accidents); 2) workers compensation (or a keen interest in these areas if no prior experience);
- Have solid legal research, legal drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills + experience actively case managing personal injury files;
- Can prioritise your time/meet deadlines +proven ability to effectively engage with and manage your clients;
- Are self-driven, ambitious, client & results-focused and love what you do+ are a strong team player;
- are hungry to advance your personal injury career long-term with a top plaintiff firm.
